Labels are tags that can be added to the three main components of Bayanat: Actors, Bulletins and Incidents.
Labels allow for easy search and filter of the database. Labels can be created by an admin to tag the content or metadata of an item. Additionally, labels can be used for references or workflow control.
Labels are split into two lists, the main (unverified) Labels and Verified Labels.
Labels administration dashboard is available to admins only.
The Labels dashboard allows adding new Labels, editing existing ones or importing Labels in bulk from a CSV file.
Bilingual field for the name that is visible to the users.
Bilingual field that allows the admin to add a comment about the Label such as the reason for creation.
Allows creating a hierarchy system of parents and child Labels. This can be utilized in search.
Multiple checkboxes that control the type of the Label (verified or unverified). By default, the Label is unverified unless the 'Verified' checkbox is ticked. The rest of the checkboxes control the visibility of the Label in Actors, Bulletins and Incidents.
Labels dashboard allows the adminstrator to quickly import labels from a CSV file. The CSV file needs to be formatted correctly under the following headers:
id,title,name_ar,comments,description_ar,parent_label_id,display_order,verified,for_bulletin,for_actor,for_incident,for_offline
